After completion of my Post graduate from Rajashtan University, I got admission in Ph.D . When I asked my guide to provide me such a subject that my research work can help the society and nation as a whole, then my guide told me that there are UGC guidelines and we will provide you subject from there that may be useful for society or not but after three years you will be awarded PhD degree and will get post of lecturership or junior scientist in any research institute and your books and papers will be published and you can retire as a professor or chief scientist. But if you want do some useful innovative work for the society then go to the field and do research on problems of local societies. So I did not join the PhD course there, came to Assam and started my own research work in the field to solve local problems like deterioration of soil ecosystem of the tea gardens and to do farming without the help of chemical fertilizers. There I came in touch with one 500 hectares tea garden which was earlier rainforest of Assam and English people converted half of that area into that garden and rest remained as rain forest. This garrden was producing 11 lakh Kg tea initially and the yield had gone down to 6 lakhs Kg due to water logging and indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizer over the last 50 years. The soil physical and biological properties deteriorated to such an extent that new plantations were no coming up. I started my research work there to study soil eco-system of that garden and nearby rainforest. I took 1 cubic feet of the soil from the chemically treated tea Garden and same type of block from rainforest. I found very hard block just like a stone in the garden and broke it by showel but found no earthworms. I also send the samples of the soil in the Laboratory, I found very little microbial activity. But when I took the same block from rain forest, I was not able to take out the block intact. The block disintegrated and there were nine earthworms of different species in that block of soil. When the soil sample was sent to laboratory there were all types of beneficial microbes in sufficient number. So I came to a conclusion that chemical farming is worst use of the soil and that should be stopped and sustainable integrated or organic/bio farming should be adopted. On the basis of my field work and research work I developed a technology earlier called Pareek Earthworm Ecotechnology and later named as Dinesh Nature Pure Eco-technology because in so many years practical experiments I found that it purify complete nature i.e. balance complete ecosystem . In this technology I cultured all types of beneficial microbes and earthworms on the soil in natural ecosystem below trees and fed them with all types of biodegradables and produced best quality ecoorganic manure and applied it in that garden to rejuvenate old plantation and applied it in planting pits to grow new plants. I found that those plants which were not coming up now started growing well, then manager of garden told that it is balanced plant food and equivalent to mothers milk. After success of trail plot I developed a 40 Bighas wasteland of that garden out of which in 20 Bighas started a big eco-organic manure production project 10000 MT per year and in the rest 20 bigha land I planted 10,000 Gambhariand Ashok trees. All Gambhari and Ashok trees came up with zero mortality and good health and that waste land was converted into social forest. The eco organic manure produced in this project was applied in whole tea garden to rejuvenate the old bushes and in planting pits to grow new plantation. After 2-3 years the tea garden started producing 7 lakh Kgs tea per year and the health of the bushes improved and all new plants came with zero mortality and good health. After seeing the result other planters also intstalled such projects and improved their weak sections and did organic farming successfully without the chemical fertilizers. Now more than 200 tea gardens have eco-organic manure production projects of 100Ton to 1000 Tons capacity per annum and running successfully. I also started my own big projects to produce eco-organic manure at large scale through my firm Yashowati Biomultitechs at Tinsukia Assam to provide planters for their new plantation and to improve weak sections and sustainable farming. Then I started working with farmers all over India through my NGO –DHAN APKA-and provided training to them, installed my projects in all climatic zones all over india and used this eco-organic manure in all crops. The results were very encouraging and farmers found 30% more yield in cereal crops and 50% more yield in horticulture crops and 10% more yield in plantation crop by use of our eco-organic manure alone in comparision to chemical farming. In integrated farming they found more yield than even this. So this shows that second green revolution can happen without use of chemical fertilizers.I started promoting sustainable organic farming and integrated farming and appealed farmers to stop pure chemical farming. After starting my research work I visited so many universities where research was done on redworm (Eisinea Foetida). The govt adopted vermiculture and promoted Eisinea foetida (redworm)culture all over India by investment of thousands of crores of rupees but still there is a question mark that bio/organic farming cannot be done successfully as yeild is less in comparison to chemical farming. So question of food security arises if bio-farming or Organic farming is adopted. But I have done successful sustainable organic and integrated farming practically with farmers for all crops and farmers are satisfied and adopted my technology and now promoting to other farmers.training all over India to thousands of farmers. Our projects are running successfully in hilly areas of Darjeeling( lowest temperature 0 degree celcius) and desert areas of Rajasthan(maximum temperature 50 degree). My project at darjelling was visited by Prof. Janardhan Singh from Banaras Hindu University and he was working on red worms-Esienia foetida. After seing my project he told that you have done wonder without Esienia foetida. Before development of Earthworm Ecotechnology it was the view in all research circles either in india or abroad that Esienia foetida is the best worm for vermiculture but ecotechnology proved it wrong because it is the only part of that technology. Then I developed a model for the farmers according to which they should rear a cow and start a 20 square feet (3X7X2 ½)eco-organic manure production unit project where they can produce 2 Ton Eco-Organic Manure from cow dung of one cow which is sufficient for 2 crops in one acre land to do sustainable organic/bio farming or integrated farming. For that 50 kg initial motherculture and 10 kg mixture of beneficial microbes and 4 Tons cowdung is required. The cost of the initial motherculture and beneficial microbes is Rs.10,000/- which is only one time investment. Farmers can produce the best quality eco-organic manure for generations. They have only to add 5 kg of beneficial microbes (Biofertilisers) to enrich this eco-organic manure evey year to get better results. This model is successfully adopted by thousands of marginal farmers all over India. They are doing successful organic farming and producing more yield than chemical farming.Under various govt. scheme also now most of N.E. State govt provide our technology to produce ecoorganic manure to farmers instead of red worm culture and general vermicompost production. In Bomdilla, Arunachal Pradesh farmers were provided financial assistance under Horticulture Mission Schemes for vermiculture projects and planting of apple gardens but the vermiculture project failed because all redworms died due to cold weather and in apple gardens the taste and shape of the apple were not good, So the farmers were not able to sell apples for more than Rs.20 a Kg.The Deputy Director, horticulture Department approached us for this problem. We suggested him to put 2 kg eco-organic manure in each plant after every 4 months and establish eco-organic manure projects through our technology. They applied our eco-organic manure and the shape and taste of their apples improved and now the farmers are selling their apples for more than Rs.40 per Kg. Earlier they had left their gardens barren due to loss but now they are increasing the planted area of the gardens and earning profit. They have also established the eco-organic production units as per their requirements in their apple gardens through our technology and successfully producing eco-organic manure of their requirement. Now their farming has become profitable, diseases are very less and now they are producing them organically without using any chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Now they are trying to export their apples through APEDA to outside countries. Sikkim was declared an organic state before 4 years and earlier the horticulture and agriculture department was providing red worms for vermiculture projects but the projects were not successful and the farmers were not satisfied. So they approached us and we provided eco-organic manure production units in most of the villages. The farmers are successfully producing eco-organic manure and doing organic farming and getting good prices for their produces. We provided training to most of their farmers, VLWs and extension officers of Agriculture department. Our Projects are also running successfully in all districts of Arunachal Pradesh established by district Agriculture Officers and horticulture Officers under various govt. schemes. Most of the organic gardens of Darjeeling have our projects and are producing Organic tea successfully. In Nepal we have provided thousands of such projects and all are running successfully. The farmers are doing sustainable organic farming at low cost and more profit. In MP also we have started our projects in Shivpuri District, Shajapur District, Tikamgarh goshala and more than 400 small projects all over MP to small farmers. In Rajasthan, near Jaipur, organic farm with high yield has been developed by the use of our technology. All over India through other national NGos we have provided small projects to the marginal farmers. They are producing eco-orgnanic manure successfully and doing organic farming profitably and empowering rural poor, farmers and women. So practically we have achieved your aim and it is proved by the farmers that through our technology farming can be profitable. Our technology is the solution of the most of the burning problem of the villagers such as degradation of the soil can be stopped and soil physical and biological properties and overall fertility of the soil can be improved, empowerment of the rural poor and woman and farmer can be done by providing employment through production of eco-organic manure and organic farming and conversion of cow dung and waste material into Re1 or Rs.2 through our technology. The soil, water and air pollution can be reduced by conversion of waste into eco-organic manure and adopting sustainable integrated and organic/bio farming, Underground watertable can be recharged by absorption of more rain water due to improvement of porosity of the soil. The irrigation water requirement can be reduced by 50% due to improvement of water holding capacity of the soil. Health of the labour, farmer and consumer can be improved due to less or no use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and eating of healthy, natural food, vegetables, fruits and milk. The animals will also be healthy due to natural food. So overall natural eco-system will be improved and pest can be controlled by the predators and diseases in the crops can be controlled by balancing the nutrient in the soil by regular application of eco-organic manure. Some problems like dreaded diseases like AIDS and Cancer are prevented at grass root level by improving the overall eco-system. The floods can also be minimised by stopping soil erosion and percolation of most of the rain water in the soil. These are the indirect benefits. 50% electricity bill of the farmers can also be saved due to 50% reduction in the irrigation water requirement. Because requirement of chemical fertilizer can be reduced at least by 50%, so foreign exchange can be saved. Total waste of the villages or states can be converted into eco-organic manure, so huge money is generated from the cow dung and other waste and prosperity can come to the villagers .From the cow dung of one cow Rs.10,000/- can be generated. So farmers can rear more and more cows and there will be no scarcity of the raw material for eco-organic manure production and sustainable bio-farming. So adopt our technology Dinesh Nature Pure Eco-Technology and produce best quality 2 Tons Eco-Organic manure for one acre area to do sustainable bio farming and achieve your aim to make farming profitable and empower farmers, rural poor and women. Culture of Esiniea Foetida(redworm) only for vermiculture projects under various govt. schemes is only one third part of our technology and will not help farmers to replace chemical fertilisers. The eco-organic manure produced through our technology is the only organic manure that can completely replace chemical fertilizers and organic farming can be done with food security i.e. high yield than chemical farming. Dinesh nature Pure Eco-technology is the only solution to achieve your aim. Nature works on perfect scientific principles called ecological principles. If scientists work on those principles then nature favours them but if they obstruct natural principles then nature reacts in its own way and destructs everything. To do farming, fertile soil and eco-balance is required. In that system soil living earthworms and microbes maintain the soil fertility and control all diseases and pests are controlled through ecological balance. So the beneficial earthworms and microbes provide balanced nutrients to the plants from organic matter and pest and disease come only if there is any imbalance in nature because these are crisis managers. So if there is no crisis in the eco-system then there will be no pest and disease. In our technology eco-system is balanced. So results are very encouraging. This technology is scientific, indigenous, economic and easy to adopt and based on ecological principles. So it is very cost effective and can be easily adopted by the farmers and women.

| Our Vision |
Our vision is to make farming profitable by promoting sustainable integrated and bio-farming and to replace use of at least 50% chemical fertilizers by eco-organic manure produced through Pareek Earthworm eco-technology by millions of farmers and planters. By the year 2015, we aim to provide Eco-Organic manure Production Units to almost all the farmers and planters in India and start Organic farming and Sustainable Integrated Farming to stop degradation of soil and increase of wasteland,to generate more employment opportunities for rural people, removal of poverty and diseases at grass root level, and make a clean, healthy, wealthy and prosperous nation. We have provided self-employment to thousands of rural unemployed youths and women and converted millions of tons of locally available bio-degradable waste into Vermicompost. We have also established an NGO called 'Dhan Apka' which is working for upliftment of rural poor and wasteland development and clean,pollution-free, healthy, self-reliant and prosperous nation. |
